Parth Makwana (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Niraant mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

1. Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:

• Email address (for account creation and synchronization)
• Documents and photos (uploaded by you for storage and OCR processing)
• Reminders and Passwords (stored locally or synchronized to secure cloud)

2. Media and Camera

We access your device’s Camera and Photo Library to allow you to scan and upload documents/bills. This media is processed locally on your device.

3. Analytics and Crash Reports

We use third-party services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service:

• Firebase Analytics: Tracks basic app usage statistics.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash logs to improve app stability.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data.

Data Deletion & Account Deletion Policy

Niraant respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data.

1. Data Deletion

Users can delete individual documents, bills, reminders, or passwords directly within the app at any time. When deleted, they are immediately removed from your local device and permanently deleted from our Firebase servers.

2. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data permanently, you can do so in two ways:

• In-App Deletion: Open the app, navigate to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Confirm your password to immediately and permanently delete your user profile and all synchronized cloud data.
• Request via Email: If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at niraantapp@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.
